Jim has a strong understanding of the relationship of process and quality to the bottom line. He is intimately familiar with how to maximize value for the shipping industry by leveraging the internal infrastructure with strategic partners. One of the driving factors in finding value is matching the goals of the shipper or consignee to the processes used internally and finding vendor partners who can provide the technology and resources to fill in the gaps. This approach tends to reduce the total effort and energy to process a single transaction, and allows the beneficial cargo owner to move nimbly to reach to their customers’ needs.
