FirstEnergy is organizing trade missions for its electric
service customers to Mexico, Canada and Chile/Brazil in 2008. These
trade missions are supported by the U.S. Department of Commerce's U.S.
Commercial Service, which will provide its matchmaking services with
prospective business partners to each participating company in each
market. FirstEnergy will offset a portion of the participation cost
and offer the expert assistance of its economic development staff to
